  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 fluid ounce gin
  • 1/4 fluid ounce lemon juice
  • 4 fluid ounces Champagne
  1. Fill a Collins glass almost full of ice cubes.
  2. Pour all ingredients into Collins glass.
  3. Stir well, garnish with an Orange slice and a Maraschino Cherry, and serve.
