Emerald Isle Cooler

Ingredients
  • 5 fluid ounces ice cream
  • 1 club soda
  • 1 fluid ounce whiskey
  • 1 fluid ounce creme de menthe
Instructions
  1. Put ice cream into a collins glass.
  2. Add creme de menthe and Irish Whiskey and stir well.
  3. Top with club soda, stir again, and serve.
