  • 2 fluid ounce rose Prosecco
  • 1 1/4 fluid ounces rye whiskey
  • 3/4 fluid ounce Amaro Meletti
  • 1/2 fluid ounce lemon juice
  • 1/4 fluid ounce simple syrup
  • 2 dashes mole bitters
  • 1 sugar cube
  • orange blossom water
Garnishes (optional)
  • edible rose petals (snipped)
  • mint leaves, fresh
  1. Place 4 to 5 drops of orange blossom water on a sugar cube. Drop into champagne flute.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice and shake. Strain into flute and top with Prosecco.
  3. Garnish with rose petals and top with mint leaves (optional).
  4. Serve.
If using rose petals as a garnish, make sure they're edible as other rose petals may coated with pesticides harmful to your health.
