Country Club Cooler

  • 2 ounces dry vermouth
  • carbonated water
  • 1/2 teaspoons Grenadine
  • 1 spiral of orange
  • 1 lemon peel twist
  1. Pour Grenadine and 2 ounces carbonated water into a collins glass and stir.
  2. Add ice cubes and dry vermouth.
  3. Fill with carbonated water and stir again.
  4. Add the twist of lemon peel and the orange spiral so that the end dangles over rim of glass.
