Coffee Royale

  • 4 fluid ounces hot coffee
  • 2 fluid ounces heavy cream
  • 2 fluid ounces Brandy
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  1. Pour the coffee into an Irish coffee glass.
  2. Add the sugar and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add the brandy and stir.
  4. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
