Chocolate Mountain

  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces light Rum
  • 1/2 fluid ounce white creme de cacao
  • 1/2 fluid ounce Kahlua
  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces cream
  1. Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes.
  2. Pour all ingredients except Kahlua into shaker and shake well.
  3. Strain drink into a Cocktail glass.
  4. Drop the Kahlua in the center of the drink.
  5. Presentation is important.
