Ingredients
  • 2 fluid ounces Champagne
  • 1/2 fluid ounce sweet & sour mix
  • 1 fluid ounce Brandy
Instructions
  1. Pour Brandy and Sweet and Sour Mix into shaker.
  2. Fill a Collins glass almost full of ice cubes, and dump ice into shaker.
  3. Shake well and pour drink into Collins glass.
  4. Add Champagne, stir well, garnish with a lemon slice, and serve.
