Caribbean Coffee

Ingredients
  • 2 fluid ounces dark Rum
  • 4 fluid ounces hot coffee
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 fluid ounces cream
Instructions
  1. Pour all ingredients, except the Cream into an Irish Coffee glass.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Carefully float the Cream on top of the drink.
