Perfect any time of year, for any time of day, or any celebration, this luscious coffee drink is one of our Publisher's favorites.
  • 1/4 Cup instant espresso or instant dark roast coffee
  • 2 Cups boiling water
  • 1/2 Cup heavy cream, whipped
  • cinnamon in a salt shaker
  • nutmeg in a salt shaker
  • finely shredded orange peel in a small bowl with a spoon
  1. Dissolve coffee in boiling water.
  2. Pour into small, tall cups filling only about half full.
  3. Offer sugar.
  4. Now pass the whipped cream. Everyone adds a spoonful, dashes it with cinnamon, nutmeg, or orange peel, then folds the cream into coffee til well blended. Enjoy.
