Calm Voyage

  • 1/2 fluid ounce Rum
  • 1/2 egg white
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 fluid ounce strega
  • 1 fruit syrup
  1. Combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup crushed ice in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time.
  2. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
