Brandy Highball

  • 2 ounces Brandy
  • carbonated water
  • 1 lemon peel twist
  1. Pour brandy into a highball glass over ice cubes.
  2. Fill with carbonated water, add the twist of lemon peel, stir gently, and serve.
  3. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.)
