Bourbon Highball

  • 2 ounces Bourbon
  • carbonated water
  • 1 lemon peel twist
  1. Pour bourbon into a highball glass over ice cubes.
  2. Fill with carbonated water and stir.
  3. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
  4. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.)
