Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Bourbon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
  • 1/2 ounce light cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Instructions
  1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the bourbon, egg, sugar, and cream.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
