A sangria concocted not in Spain, but at Baylor College in the United States. Rich, flavorful and easy to make for parties and large gatherings.
  • 6 liters red wine
  • 40 slices mixed fruit
  • 4 liters fruit juice
  • 3/4 liter Brandy
  • 1 Cup sugar
  1. Mix all the wine, brandy, juice and sugar together and chill well.
  2. Add fruit slices and serve without ice.
  3. The fruit juice that works best is a blended juice like Tropicana Twisters.
  4. The sugar can be adjusted to taste.
  5. The fruit slices should be a mixture of orange, lime and lemon.
  6. Makes 30 - 40 glasses.
