  • 2 ounces Irish whiskey
  • 2 ounces Sweet & Sour mix
  • 2 ounces Ginger Beer
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • fill with hot water
  • Garnish: lemon wedge or cinnamon stick
  1. Boil water in a teapot. Reduce heat to simmer.
  2. Mix whiskey, Sweet & Sour, Ginger Beer and honey in a heat-proof pitcher. Add sufficient hot water to make four portions in heat-resistant glass teacups.
  3. Garnish with a slice of lemon and cinnamon stick.
