Apple Milk Drink (Sharbat)

  • 2 red eating apples
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons rosewater or orange flower water (scant teaspoons)
  • 2 Cups cold milk
  • shaved ice (optional)
  1. Peel and cube the apples.
  2. Place in the blender jar with sugar, perfumed water and milk.
  3. Whirl at high speed 15 seconds.
  4. Serve, with shaved ice if desired, in small glasses.
