  • 2 ounces Bourbon or Scotch
  • 1/2 ounce Amaretto di Saronna
  • ice cubes, preferably crystal clear
  1. Fill a rocks glass about 2/3rds with ice.
  2. Add the Bourbon or Scotch and Amaretto.
  3. Stir well and serve.
