  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash ground ginger
  • 2 Cups apple juice; chilled
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • ground nutmeg
  1. Put the first 4 ingredients into a blender container and blend until well mixed.
  2. Spoon in the ice cream and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with the nutmeg, if desired.
