  • 1/2 ounce Benedictine liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce rye whiskey
  • 1/2 ounce Cognac
  • 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
  • dash Peychaud's bitters
  • dash Angostura bitters
  • orange wedge, for garnish
  1. Stir Benedictine liqueur, rye whiskey, cognac, sweet vermouth, 1 dash each Peychaud's and Angostura bitters, and ice in a chilled old-fashioned glass.
  2. Garnish with a wedge of freshly cut orange.
  3. It is best to use a single sphere or cube of ice for this drink.
