  • 2 curry leaves
  • 1 long chili pepper
  • 2 ounces El Jimador Silver Tequila
  • 1/2 ounce fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 slice pineapple, grilled
  1. Crack the long pepper and curry leaf in the bottom of a tin with muddler.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and shake well.
  3. Double-strain over pellet ice and serve in a highball glass with a garnish of grilled pineapple.
Slice small chunks of grilled pineapple and serve them along side this drink as an accompaniment/snack. It pairs well with chutneys, pappadums and spiced nuts.
