  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1/2 ounce lemon grass syrup
  • splash lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • splash Simple Syrup
  • 5 ounces ginger beer
  • vanilla-infused Limoncello liqueur, as needed
  • chopped basil, to garnish
  • 1 lemon wedge, to garnish
  1. In double rocks glass, mix vodka, lemon grass syrup, lemon juice, Simple Syrup and ginger beer.
  2. Fill with ice; float Limoncello liqueur on top.
  3. Garnish with chopped basil leaves, and lemon wedge.
