Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounces Jameson Irish whiskey
  • 3 dashes Pernod
  • 1 1/2 ounces dry vermouth
  • 3 dashes Peychaud bitters
  • lemon peel
  • maraschino cherry
  • ice
Instructions
  1. Mix whiskey, vermouth, Pernod and bitters in a shaker.
  2. Pour over ice into an old fashioned glass.
  3. Add a cherry and lemon peel.
  4. Serve immediately.
