Baked Apple Pie Martini

  • 1 1/2 ounces Applejack
  • 1 ounce Calvados
  • dash Peach Bitters
  • 3 ounces cooked apples
  • 1/2 ounce spiced maple syrup
  • sparkling apple cider for topping up
  • cinnamon sugar for the rim
  • cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
  1. Muddle cooked apples with Maple Syrup in a shaker.
  2. Add the Applejack, Calvados and Peach Bitters and ice. Shake well.
  3. Rim the edge of a cocktail glass with some Applejack, and dip into cinnamon sugar.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
  5. Top with Sparkling apple cider.
  6. Add a cinnamon stick for garnish, if desired.
