  • 1 fresh mint sprig
  • 1 slice gingerroot, peeled
  • 1 slice red bell pepper
  • 2 1/2 ounces whiskey
  • 2 ounces raspberry liqueur
  • heavy splash lemon-lime soda
  • cucumber slice
  1. In mixing glass, muddle mint, gingerroot and red pepper; add whiskey, raspberry liqueur and ice; shake.
  2. Strain into highball glass over ice, top with lemon-lime soda.
  3. Garnish with a thin slice of cucumber on a cocktail pick.
