A thoroughly delicious cocktail to enjoy on hot, summery days.
  • 4 strawberries, divided use
  • 2 ounces Bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce honey
  • mint leaves, fresh
  • splash club soda
  1. Combine 3 strawberries, bourbon, mint, honey and soda in shaker; muddle strawberries.
  2. Fill shaker with ice; shake.
  3. Strain into rocks glass over ice; garnish with remaining strawberry.
