Peach Brandy
Author: Chief Mixologist
Peach Brandy is an old recipe, usually made at home by farmers for their own consumption or as gifts for friends. It is deeply flavorful, sweet and tastes like summer.
  • 4 Cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 Cups sugar
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) good brandy
  1. Place fruit in a large jar. Dissolve sugar in brandy and pour over fruit.
  2. Steep for 4-6 months.
  3. Strain and bottle.
  4. Use the peaches once fully drained to make preserves.
