Peppermint Liqueur 2

A wonderful liqueur for the holiday season. Added to hot cocoa, tea, coffee or mixed drinks, it imparts a great warmth and comfort.
  • 2 or 3 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • or fresh peppermint leaves
  • 3 Cups vodka
  • 1 Cup sugar syrup
  1. Combine all ingredients and stir.
  2. Let stand for 2 weeks.
  3. Use 3 teaspoons of extract for a stronger mint taste and additional sugar syrup for a sweeter, thicker liqueur.
