Bailey's Original Irish Cream

This near exact replica of Bailey's Irish Cream will bring pleasure to the palate. It mixes well, may be served straight up, on the rocks or used in recipes. Anyway, it's delicious.
  • 1 Cups light cream
  • 1 14-oz can Eagle sweetened Condensed milk
  • 1 2/3 Cups Irish whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee (not freeze dried)
  • 2 Tablespoons Hershey's chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (pure)
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender set on high speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Bottle in a tightly sealed, sterilized container and refrigerate.
  3. The liqueur will keep for at least 2 months if kept cool.
  4. Be sure to shake the bottle well before serving.
  5. Makes 4 cups.
