Easter Egg Nog

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Quarts whipping cream
  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • brandy
Instructions
  1. Beat cream thick, and combine with sugar and egg yolks which have been beaten together.
  2. Then add 1 1/4 tumblers brandy (to taste) and stiffly beaten egg whites.
  3. It may require more sugar according to taste.
  4. Keep cool until served.
  5. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
