- 2 ounces Bourbon or Scotch
- 1/2 ounce Amaretto di Saronna
- ice cubes, preferably crystal clear
- Fill a rocks glass about 2/3rds with ice.
- Add the Bourbon or Scotch and Amaretto.
- Stir well and serve.
