The LaRuffa family of southern Italy has long held a great tradition in the restaurant and bar industries in New York. From our Publisher’s grandfather to his young cousin, Dominick Jr., who is today one of New York’s more popular mixologists, this drink is dedicated to these stalwart men who’ve kept their bars open since Prohibition ended… and maybe during.
