- 1/2 Cup chopped dates
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 Cup vanilla ice cream
- Place dates, milk and ice cream in blender or food processor.
- Blend until mixture is smooth and dates are chopped very fine.
- To make shake in mixer, chop dates very fine before combining with milk and ice cream.
- To serve, pour into tall glasses.
This recipe yields 2 servings. Each serving: 317 calories; 120 mg sodium; 39 mg cholesterol; 10 grams fat; 54 grams carbohydrates; 7 grams protein; 0.98 gram fiber.
