Date Shake
Recipe type: Non-Alcoholic Drinks
Serves: 2
  • 1/2 Cup chopped dates
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1 Cup vanilla ice cream
  1. Place dates, milk and ice cream in blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until mixture is smooth and dates are chopped very fine.
  3. To make shake in mixer, chop dates very fine before combining with milk and ice cream.
  4. To serve, pour into tall glasses.
This recipe yields 2 servings. Each serving: 317 calories; 120 mg sodium; 39 mg cholesterol; 10 grams fat; 54 grams carbohydrates; 7 grams protein; 0.98 gram fiber.
