  • 1 1/2 Cup cran-raspberry juice
  • 2 Cups frozen mixed fruit
  • 1 1/2 Cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
  1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Cal 660 Fat 0 *Note: My mixed fruit contains raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries.
