Coffee Yogurt Shake

Serves: 2
  • 1/2 Cup yogurt, plain
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 artificial sweetener; to equal 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon ice cubes
  1. Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender container.
  2. Process, adding ice cubes 1 at a time, until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
Per serving: 44 calories, 2 g. protein, 2 g. fat, 5 g. carbohydrates, 26 mg sodium
