Coffee Eggnog Punch

Serves: 12 to 14
  • 64 ounces eggnog; chilled
  • 1/4 Cup light brown sugar; packed
  • 1 Tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Kahlua
  • 1/2 Cup bourbon -or- Brandy
  • 1 Cups whipping cream
  • 1/4 Cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  1. In large mixer bowl, combine eggnog, brown sugar, coffee and cinnamon; beat on low speed until sugar and coffee are dissolved.
  2. Stir in Kahlua and bourbon; chill.
  3. In small mixer bowl, beat cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff.
  4. Pour eggnog mixture into punch bowl; top with whipped cream.
  5. Refrigerate leftovers.
