Recipe type: Alcoholic Cocktails
- 1 ounce light Rum
- 5 Tablespoons vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 ounce whipped cream
- shredded coconut
- Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time.
- Pour into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with shredded coconut, and serve.
