Cinnamon liqueur is actually a schnapps and with the addition of less than one-tenth of a gram of gold flakes is known commercially as Goldschlager. It is incredibly potent with a strong cinnamon flavor. Its origins are Swiss, but the commercial brand is actually produced in northern Italy. Ideal for cooler weather as a great body-warmer.
