- 2 ounce dry vermouth
- 1 ounce Bénédictine
- 2 or 3 dashes (about 1 teaspoon) of absinthe
- orange peel, pith removed
- Stir over ice for some 20-30 seconds. Serve up, garnished with an orange peel.
