Caribbean Guava Punch

Serves: 20
  • 2 Quarts Jamaican Rum
  • 1 1/2 Cups key lime juice
  • 2 1/2 lb sugar (or less)
  • 2 Quarts strong tea
  • 1 Quart sherry (sweet)
  • 2 Quarts water
  • 1 lb guava jelly
  • 1/2 pints Brandy
  • 3 Quarts gingerale
  1. Mix all ingredients in a very large punchbowl except the gingerale.
  2. Add gingerale just before serving time.
  3. Add ice cubes to suit.
