Recipe type: Alcoholic Cocktails
- 1/2 Cup whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon instant coffee
- 2 teaspoons coconut syrup
- 1 fluid ounce light Rum
- 1 hot black coffee
- Blend whipping cream with instant coffee until it stands up in stiff peaks.
- In a heat-proof cup add coconut syrup and a little coffee and stir until syrup is dissolved.
- Add rum and stir well while filling cup with more coffee.
- Top with whipped cream.
