Ingredients
  • 1 fluid ounce heavy cream
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 fluid ounces London dry gin
  • 1/2 fluid ounce anisette
  • ice cubes
Instructions
  1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a sour glass.
