Brown Sugar Tea

- 1/2 Cup milk
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 1/2 Cups black tea
- 1/2 Cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1 ground cinnamon for garnish
- Combine the milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon stick in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 1-2 min, stirring occasionally.
- Add the tea and stir so that all of the ingredients are mixed together.
- Pour this mixture into 2 cups, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
