The Bourbon Sour is a slight modification of the classic Whiskey Sour, served on the rocks. Simple, tasty and memorable.

- 2 ounces Jim Beam Bourbon
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 1 slice orange
- 1 maraschino cherry
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Bourbon, lemon juice, and sugar.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a rocks glass with ice, garnish with the orange slice and cherry.
