Soothing, creamy and seductive, the Bourbon Flip is an ideal drink for the holiday season. Reminiscent of an eggnog with lots of kick.
- 2 ounces Bourbon
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 1/2 ounce light cream
- 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the bourbon, egg, sugar, and cream.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
