Well chilled, the Black and Tan makes a great drink to serve with ribs, brisket or pork barbecue.  Also goes well with shellfish, or other fish like salmon or monkfish.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pint Guinness Stout
  • 1/2 pint Harp Lager
Instructions
  1. Fill a pint halfway with pale ale and top with the stout by slowly pouring it over the back of a spoon.
