  • 1 1/8 Quarts beer
  • 8 ounces sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups milk or cream
  • 1/2 Cup Rum
  1. 1.Mix all ingridients in a high pot and beat with mixer until foamy.
  2. 2.Serve immediately
