  • 1 Cup fresh blueberries (reserve 3 for garnish)
  • 1/2 Cup fresh banana (about 1/2 banana)
  • 1/2 Cup orange juice, with pulp (preferably freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 Cup Greek natural yogurt
  • several ice cubes
  1. Combine ingredients in a strong blender.
  2. Mix until smooth and fully blended, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Pour into a very large tumbler or iced tea glass.
  4. Garnish with 3 blueberries and a straw.
