Serves: 1
  • 1/2 fluid ounce Pernod
  • 1/2 fluid ounce dark creme de cacao
  • 1 fluid ounce heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoons grated nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces blended whiskey
  1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the whiskey, Pernod, creme de cacao, and cream.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes.
  4. Garnish with the nutmeg.
