The combination of rum, hazelnut and cinnamon make this a wonderful dessert cocktail, perfect for after-dinner.

Ingredients
  • 2 parts gold rum
  • 1 part hazelnut liqueur
  • 1 pinch cinnamon, powdered
  • 1 stick cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Shake Rum and hazelnut liqueur over ice and strain into a glass.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with a bat (or stick) of cinnamon.
  3. Optionally, rim the glass with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Use an Old Fashioned, Pousse or Cocktail glass.
