Banana Colada
Recipe type: Alcoholic Cocktails
Serves: 4
  • 3 ripe bananas; peeled, quartered
  • 18 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 4 ounces coconut milk
  • 3 ounces dark Rum
  • 2 Cups ice
  • 1/4 Cup toasted coconut
  1. Place bananas and pineapple juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add coconut milk, rum and ice and mix until frothy.
  3. Garnish with toasted coconut.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
